Horsby is a school in the centre of Herrljunga with almost 400 children altogether, 85 in preschool (1-5 year olds) and about 300 in school from preparation class to year 6. The pupils are from 6-12 years old. There is also an afternoon activity in the school.

The school aims to provide a happy, secure and caring environment where each child has the opportunity to develop his, or her true potential. It sees education as a partnership between children, staff, school and parents.
