citecq allows you to use Blowfish encryption to protect the information on your computer. In addition, it allows you to manage your passwords securely.

	Allows you to encrypt files, to protect them against unauthorized access. Files can be encrypted and decrypted simply by clicking and entering a password. Encrypted files are not tied to one computer by certificates, and can be copied freely.
	Allows you to manage securely any number of passwords in a codebook. You only need to remember a single password to open the codebook, and the codebook is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
	Allows you to generate truly random, 'hard' passwords for maximum security.
	Allow you to delete files securely, so that they cannot be recovered from the recycle bin, and their contents cannot be found by examining the disc directly.
	Allows you to wipe the free space on your disc, so that the contents of files that have not been securely deleted (for example, temporary copies made during word processing) cannot be found by examining the disc directly.

Works with Windows 95/98/ME, Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000/XP.

A free evaluation copy is available for download. This is a full version, except that only files up to 100 kilobytes in size may be encrypted, and a maximum of four passwords may be stored. You are allowed to use the evaluation version for up to 28 days. After that time, you must delete it, or purchase a full copy.

Each copy of citecq is licensed for use either by one user on one or more computers, or on one computer by any number of non-concurrent users, but not both.
